Bedwetting
Bedwetting (nighttime accidents) is common, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t frustrating—for both children and parents. While many are told to “wait it out,” nighttime accidents are often connected to how the brain and bladder communicate during sleep.

Children who wet the bed may not be waking to bladder signals, may have decreased awareness of fullness, or may not yet have the coordination needed to stay dry overnight.

At Cooper Core Kids, we address the underlying patterns contributing to bedwetting—not just the symptoms.

Pediatric physical therapy can help your child:
-
Improve awareness of bladder signals during the day
-
Build coordination and control of pelvic floor muscles
-
Develop healthy bladder habits that carry over into nighttime
-
Increase confidence and reduce stress around accidents
Our goal is to support your child in developing the skills needed for more consistent dry nights—without shame or pressure.
