Workshops
Have a group in the community that would like to learn more about toilet learning (training), pelvic health in youth sports, puberty and sexual health? Dr. Sarah Cooper will join your school staff, childcare centers, mom groups, athletic coaches and trainers (and more!) to teach them how to avoid common mistakes and the importance of pelvic health at a young age.
